Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds for any course, service, workshop, or programme purchased on this platform.

Legal entity. Niraj Bhaardwaj Academy is a subsidiary of Bhaardwaj's Electronics's (GST No. 03DOFPK8846Q1Z7). All operations, invoicing, payments, refunds, and legal correspondence for this platform are handled exclusively by Bhaardwaj's Electronics's.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course description, curriculum, and pricing, and you agree that no refund will be issued once payment is made — regardless of whether the course has been accessed, partially consumed, or fully completed.

Why no refunds? All content is delivered digitally and is immediately accessible upon enrolment. Once granted, access cannot be revoked or 'returned'.

Exceptions. We only issue a refund if we cannot deliver the course due to a technical failure on our side that remains unresolved. In such rare cases, please contact us via the contact page and we will review your case.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback for a completed purchase covered by this no-refund policy will result in immediate loss of course access and permanent account suspension.
